inspiration...the era of organic flow

When I draw or design, I tend to lean toward flowing lines, organic shapes, and references to nature. Not surprising that the period of art I was first drawn to was Art Nouveau, with artist such as Antoni Gaudi, Louise Comfort Tiffany, and Gustav Klimt. I continually find inspiration from this time period. I find the colors, materials and finishes are from another time and place. One that I wish I could experience in some way. Time machine, anyone?

Maybe just one of these on my desk...

1. Yellow Gold Art Nouveau Enamel Lorgnette
2.  Solid Gold Scissors
3. Table/Desk Lamps Alabaster Shades
4. Tiffany Studios Blown Out Inkwell
